What we offer together

Four offerings you could buy from either of us separately — and which become something different when combined. Each has a human and a technical half, and both run in parallel.

01 — Our flagship

Digital change that sticks

You are introducing a new system: Microsoft 365, a document management platform, a custom application, a replacement for the spreadsheet landscape that grew over the years. Technically that is solvable. The real question is whether people will work differently afterwards.

We take on both. Stefan owns architecture, implementation, migration and operations. Petra works with leaders and team on what a transition sets off — uncertainty, habits, old conflicts that suddenly become visible. We stay aligned throughout, so you never have to translate between two vendors.

How it usually runs

Assessment of the current state (processes, tools, mood) → a shared target picture with leadership → implementation in stages, accompanied by communication and training → follow-up until it holds in daily work.

Minds & Apps

What you get

  • A system that fits the real workflows — not the other way round
  • A communication plan that starts before the rollout
  • Leaders who can carry the change
  • Key users in-house who continue after we leave
  • An honest review a few weeks later

A fit for transitions that affect more than one team — typically from around 15 employees upwards.

02 — For groups

Workshops & training

Both of us have been standing in front of groups for years — Stefan on IT topics, Petra on leadership, communication and collaboration. Together, a third format becomes possible: training in which the tool and the way of working are covered in the same room.

Because tool training that only shows clicks is forgotten within two weeks. It gets interesting when the same session also settles who documents what from now on, how decisions get recorded, and what that means for working together.

Formats

How it is booked

  • Half day, full day, or a series across several weeks
  • In-house at your site, in Graz, or online
  • On request with both trainers in the room
  • Content is tailored to your situation beforehand

Group size depends on the format — leadership topics from 6, technical training up to 15 participants.

03 — Before you decide

Teams & processes

Sometimes it isn't even clear what the problem is. Everything takes too long, information gets lost, every department has its own workaround — and the question on the table is whether you now need new software.

We look at that before you spend money. Workflows, tools, hand-offs, responsibilities, and the way people actually work with each other. What you get is an assessment of which part is a tooling problem and which part isn't.

The outcome may well be: no new software. That is a legitimate result, and we will say so even when it makes our own project smaller.

Assessment

What you get

  • Interviews with the people who actually do the work
  • A clear picture of how things run today
  • Prioritised recommendations with rough effort estimates
  • A clean separation: tool, process, or collaboration

Compact, two to four weeks. The result is yours — even if you take it to somebody else.

04 — Without the hype

AI in your organisation

A Copilot can be rolled out in two weeks. Whether it gets used is a completely separate question. In hardly any other area are human readiness and technical feasibility this far apart.

So we don't start with the tools, we start with the use cases: where is there genuine time saved, where is it a gimmick, where is a person still the better answer? Then comes the technology — Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, custom assistants on your own data — and the training that gets it into daily work.

And alongside it, the question that is in the room but rarely said out loud: what does this mean for my job? Petra works with those concerns openly instead of talking over them. That is the difference between a licence and a change.

Minds & Apps

What you get

  • Assessed use cases instead of technology demos
  • A shared view in the team of where AI helps and where it doesn't
  • Technical implementation inside your existing Microsoft environment
  • Training that builds skill and confidence at the same time
  • An honest way of handling concerns in the team

A common starting point: a half-day orientation workshop with leadership and key people.

FAQ

What you probably want to know

Do we get one proposal or two?

One proposal with the two shares itemised. Invoicing happens through our respective sole proprietorships, so you receive two invoices — but only one agreement and one schedule.

Can we book only one part?

Of course. If you only need development, Kirchsteiger Solutions is the right address; if you only need coaching or change facilitation, that would be Petra Kamper. Minds & Apps exists for the cases where the two belong together.

Do you work on site?

We are based in Graz and work on site across Styria and beyond. A lot can be done remotely — but the first meeting and any work with teams goes considerably better in the same room.

How big does our company need to be?

Our typical range is small and medium-sized companies. There is no hard upper limit; at the lower end, engaging both of us starts to make sense from around ten employees. Below that, one of us alone is usually the better fit.

What does it cost?

That depends too much on scope for any number here to be true. After the first call you receive a proposal with either a fixed price or a clear day rate, whichever fits the project.

Does one of these match your situation?

Tell us about it. The first conversation comes with no obligation.
