Microsoft 365 & Teams in practice
Where each kind of information belongs, how collaborative editing actually works, and how to get out of the email flood.
Half or full day · up to 15 people
Workshops & training
Technical IT training, leadership and communication workshops — and the formats that combine both. Every session is adapted to your situation beforehand; we don't run off-the-shelf slide decks.
Track 1 — with Stefan Kirchsteiger
Hands-on IT training for end users, key users and development teams. Always based on real examples from your organisation, never on demo data.
Where each kind of information belongs, how collaborative editing actually works, and how to get out of the email flood.
Half or full day · up to 15 people
Copilot and language models in concrete terms: good prompts, realistic expectations, limits — and what must never go in.
Half day · up to 15 people
Structure, permissions and findability. For everyone whose file storage has grown organically over the years.
Full day · up to 12 people
Architecture, cost, operations and security for teams about to move to the cloud — or currently in the middle of it.
One to two days · up to 10 people
.NET, React, SPFx, integrations, migrations: if it falls anywhere near 13 years of project experience, we can turn it into a training.
Scope as needed
Track 2 — with Petra Kamper
Systemically grounded workshops for leaders and teams. People work rather than listen — on the situations that actually occupy them.
How to stand behind a decision you are still digesting yourself, and how to lead a team through a phase in which a lot is unclear.
Full day · 6 to 12 people
Saying clearly what needs saying, even when it is uncomfortable. Feedback, misunderstandings, and why the same message lands differently with different people.
Half or full day · 6 to 14 people
What stands between people who have to work together daily — and how to make it workable instead of merely managing it.
Full day · depending on team size
Who decides what, who gets asked, who gets informed. Clarifying roles and responsibility in teams expected to work more independently.
Full day · 5 to 12 people
Dealing with pressure, boundaries and sustained strain — practical, without the wellness vocabulary.
Half day · up to 14 people
A facilitated series in which leaders bring real cases and advise each other. Over months this does more than any single seminar.
Series · 4 to 6 sessions
Track 3 — both of us in the room
These formats exist only at Minds & Apps: we facilitate as a pair. One half clarifies the tool, the other how it will be used — inside the same discussion.
The rollout training that doesn't stop at the clicks: who documents what from now on, where decisions get recorded, and what stops.
Full day · per team
Half a day for the whole team: what the technology can and cannot do — plus open space for what it means for people's own work.
Half day · up to 20 people
Hybrid teams, availability, meeting culture, file storage. Half technology, half agreement — the outcome is a set of ground rules everyone helped write.
Full day · per team
Practicalities
It always starts with a short conversation about the goal, the group and the history. After that you receive a proposed agenda with content and timings. Only once that fits do we book anything.
We don't send generic slide decks around. The tailoring effort is included in the price and is one of the reasons the content sticks.
Either one is a good reason to get in touch.
